We did evolve around fire light, the big glowing ball in the sky. It's not only the high kelvin temp that is bad, it's the flickering of LEDs aswell.

Some blue light is fine in the middle of the day, but it fucks with your circadian rhythm and mitochondria to have blue light in the dark hours of the day, flickering isn't great either. 1500-2000K would better when it's dark outside, in the daytime there is no need for lights. And I agree, you are free to use whatever you want
