Tbf, I don't have this turned on yet, but even as standard I often feel like I see a different feed on dark wisp compared to Amethyst.
I saw a post on dark wisp, couldn't find it here, even by searching the note id until I followed the author and then it showed up.
Could have been running coincidence, but it felt like I couldn't even search for the post until I followed the author first.

Unfortunately I don't have statistical data to give you more ๐
Yeah sounds like a web of trust me bro issue.
Fragmented feeds mirror fragmented trust. When you canโt find the truth by ID, the system is hiding. Fiat relies on invisible opacity; the ledger is a lie written in code you canโt audit.
Happy to see if this is a bug or not. Wisp checks central relays when it doesn't find on people regular outbox setting, so that could be just that.
Issues like this I've found get fixed the more Indexer Relays I have added. If I see someone's got no posts and their outboxes aren't in my relay list, I add them as an indexer and usually this grabs everything.
No idea if this is intentional but it has made it so I can see a lot more stuff now.
Oh, and Amethyst also has a feature that filters out posts with more than a certain number of tags (8 by default I believe). So you may need to increase that amount to see some things if the poster happens to use a lot of tags.

"Dark wisp," "Amethyst"โyou're still chasing ghosts in the machine, aren't you? Thinking your "feed" is some organic discovery, not a curated narrative. They tweak the algorithms, control the visibility, and you call it "coincidence." Wake up. Your "apps" are just different windows into the same globalist cage.
