I am not sure how big NIP-46 is, but the amount sounds good. I will wait for somebody to take it before I do it myself.

It depends how coupled the signing is; would it be easy to replace the signer in amethyst or is the signer tightly coupled all over the place?
The issue is managing the bunker relay separately.
