Because there are so many different Linux distributions, we plan to adopt Flatpak (https://flatpak.org) and publish Keychat on (https://flathub.org) so that Linux users will be able to install Keychat easily from Flathub.
We also intend to add the Mini App Browser to the Linux version of Keychat, and in parallel we’re exploring future support for ARM-based desktops and laptops.

Any idea why I'm not getting alerts on GrapheneOS?

Right now, message notifications require Google services. Later, we will add a new notification solution: UnifiedPush. We still need some time for this.
Good to know & thanks for explaining this.

Downloaded and working fine for me.
Is it true? 🙌🔥
And a deployment in Nixos?
NixOS fully supports installing and running Flatpak, but unlike other Linux distributions, it’s not enabled by default — you need to manually enable the related service in `configuration.nix`.
Is it not about package managers rather than distributions?
You have .dep and .rpm, so only pacman is missing from the major ones.
For Linux desktop apps, Flatpak is the way to go 🚀
