Yeah...some do. Many only want validation even if the validation is false. Deep down, most people just want comfortable lies. Almost nobody wants to know the truth. If they did, the youtube video in my NOSTR profile would have gone viral by now.

To seek knowledge because it is forbidden is the seeking of power for personal gain. One might do so because they are scared or to hurt the one who forbids. If you are seeking truth it doesn’t matter if the source is forbidden or not. For example I know a bit about things from esoteric sources, but I didn’t seek them for that purpose. I started because I was seeking truth about health and growing plants and came upon biodynamic farming. Now I picked up the pace when I had my girlfriends health to concern me and that wasn’t 100% altruistic. Thankfully I’ve enough discernment to have stuck primarily to sources that have ennobled my desires and now I continue to learn but less out of fear and personal gain than I started with. Truth can be sought in every day things. A well made tool, a beautiful person, even a Disney villain who truly embodies evil and is depicted as being ultimately defeated.

For real. I suggested the content in your video is sound and legit to a friend who has happened to have already seen it because he follows the channel that you were interviewed in. It led to an argument which resulted in him essentially blocking me. Haven't spoke since. Was it bound to happen regardless? Sure why not, but why not it be an uncomfortable truth be the catalyst?
