Any suggestions for simplest lightweight tool to publish #Nostr notes from bash scripts that doesn’t require heavy dependencies like .Net, Go or Rust? Or should I try finally implementing something like this in pure bash?

It depends on Go.
I don't think I installed Go.
There are some pre-built binary packages somewhere? Official README says “go install github.com/mattn/algia@latest”.
Hmm, I've been using it so long I don't recall where I got the binary. I can provide a link to the one I use if you like.
Running random binaries from unknown strangers is not a good security practice.
True, but if you change your mind:

Hmm, odd. When I tried sharing "https://github.com/fiatjaf/noscl" on a line all by itself, twice, https://coracle.social/ (running within Firefox) butchered the URL both times by appending a "p" on the end of the actual URL that I sent in the nostr note. If this the link in this note fails as well, try the same URL but without the "p" suffix. Grrr.... time to find a new nostr client. Trying to send this note from https://iris.to/
