really? i dont *dislike him. but the "masculine frame" influencer stuff is tiresome. i can relate to "i had no guidance when young and figured out how to get my shit together alone" I just don't think his way of propagandizing is attractive or effective.

especially from the nutritional and excersise standpoint, I think he is quite on point. the masculinity thing...I think in a world where most young people are loosing focus, feeling of purpose and direction and responsibility, it might be beneficial but not necessary.

its just a trying-to-hard vibe, agree he says good things. hes just kind of a numpty.
