Pre 1940 Sears homes. The majority of them are still around. You would get them with instructions like an IKEA desk but with plumbing, framing, electrical, etc… can you imagine? Different world. You could order the home for about the equivalent of a bitcoin today. Do you have homes in your area for 100k?
