I'll think about it, while more options is fairly easy to add, what is hard is decisions on what to take out, too much options just get too complex. Instead of having a simple slider like now, enabling WoT could do a multitude of default filtering, just like you said. Instead of being a "dumb" single filter, it will apply different scales to different profiles. I think we need more experience with this to see what will work well, so users don't ever need to think about it, they just open the app and all spam and bots is just gone - by default.
