I still have never mustered up the courage for a fast π
Itβs not that bad. I started with intermittent fasting and found that if you can do 16 hours, you can do one meal a day or a 24 hour fast. If you can do 1 day you can do 2. And if you can do 2 you can do 5. That has been my experience.
Water only?
Water and salt, black coffee and or herbal teas. The complete guide to fasting by Jason Fung is a good resource. Itβs bit older but walks you through the benefits and techniques etc.
