It's overhyped.
I've used it on and off for decades, and I've run a supplement company for 2 of those decades.

It'd seem like there's still benefits if you had come back to it?
I feel like it may be helping me with energy. But I am also adding shilajit to my coffee so it's kinda hard to say which has bigger effect. Figured I'd give it a go for a bit.
It's worth trying out, but I do t think it is the panacea it has been made out to be recently.
