I have trouble with 17 and 18. That seems like a cop out.

"Turn to God" = repentance = forsake everything and follow Christ. Fruit born of salvation is evidence of justification, not it's cause. Those whose life is not transformed by faith are not saved. Faith apart from works is dead.

"Your sins will be forgiven and forgotten." This framing actually wrong. Your sins will he paid for, and you will enter eternity through Christ's righteousness. God is perfect justice and holiness, so he punishes every sin perfectly, either through Christ or through Hell.
