Payments for my house have gone into an escrow account as of today. It's just waiting for them to send me the eviction papers. Then they get to explain my stack of evidence, to the judge.
Hopefully I get my money back, or own my home outright and actually get left alone to enjoy it!
Either way, it means more sats for me, whatever the judge decides.

It's a win win case for me. 0.000% chance I lose infront of a judge.
I've even logged days I had to miss work to craft emails and send papers(that they never responded to)to deal with this shit....I lost sats!
And I just got an email yesterday from the State AG stating they have reached out in writing twice, with no response.

Well, we've been here 1.5yrs.....
There's been 3 payment portal changes.
Constant just cause eviction notices starting a week after we moved in.
3 accounting errors in those payment portals.
They can't show me a title.
They ignored the state attorney General
They are FUCKED.
Pay up or let's go to a judge.

I did the math.
$163,000 against them if this goes to court.
Plus the state Attorney General could look into them alot further and find other charges.
I'm just asking them to:
1) State that I own the trailer/ sign over title.
1) Reduce what I owe on my home to $10,000
2) Accept the $430/mo payments that was originally agreed to and signed
3) $20,000 Lump sum or in $1675 monthly payments, no home payment credits.
