Voting machines themselves are "suggestions" of a conspiracy? Do soft drink vending machines "suggest" a conspiracy to manipulate the content of Coke cans?

Well, think about it. It goes without saying that intelligence services and a multitude of other groups have an interest in the outcome of elections worldwide. And to think they wouldn't do nefarious things to serve their ends is also naive. All I know about this company is that they formed in Venezuela in 2004 and helped the regime their secure their elections, and then they moved out into the western world. I think its pretty obvious the likely answer to all this.
