Turning the grinder by just 2 microns (should I call it 0.2 on a scale of 10?) transforms the coffee from a 3-lira VIP instant tea-bag coffee (my caffeine medicine back in my student days, cheapest option in Turkey) into a pretty premium coffee with the same extraction.
