I seeee. Is this what people mean by nostr-as-file hosting? It's v likely I'm confused lol. I think this includes no AWS hosting? Self-hosting or something? (I really don't know what's going on, I must stress this some more lolol).

best filehosting is twitter (its free & no storage limit lol) upload your pic/vid to a throwaway/random account, get the link and post it on nostr. still dont know why nostr devs just doesnt come up with an automation to do this in one click tho
Suppose they want to avoid that, in case in goes down or otherwise compromised, or somehow stops working?. But sounds good to me, in a 'good enough' throw away way lol, for not very important stuff.
