Yea they already exist. Some of them are bitcoin meetup groups that have private membership, its a great way to pool resources together. I'd say more this needs to happen. We Bitcoiners need to stick together. Provisioning for war needs to happen asap.

Absolutely. I found out about pma a few years ago when I started looking for solutions after the lockdowns and was not allowed to go to work; literally threw some licensees in jail for practicing against governor’s executive order. There was hardly any info out there about how to do it. It’s really good to see that there’s much more info out there for free now. I don’t want to ever have to ask for permission to make a living. Apparently if you found a PMA under section 508 in the US which is in the private domain and doesn’t require permission from the state instead of incorporating a non profit under 501 c3, which is a public structure that requires permission, then you get the same or similar non taxed benefits. I wish some of the more prominent bitcoin groups would show us the way like @OpenSats Brink and HRF. Learning about PMA is so empowering! I’m planning to get mine started asap. I have this idea to make an npub dedicated to this topic and share some info with everyone as I learn. My life is very difficult with my medically fragile child so I don’t know if I’ll be able to do it. Here’s the start I guess.
