Pretty sure my cousin still has all his Mean Machines magazines that my auntie used to buy him from a newsagents called Lewis Meesons (since long shutdown) probably all in near mint condition along with his Sega Mega-cd and all its original packaging, full autism ๐Ÿ˜‚ Can't recall that many games from that machine but remember a Tetris blocks type game called Columns but most memorable was Night Trap as I think it may have been one of the first video games to play like an interactive movie with cut scenes, probably wasn't even that fun to play but novel for the times. Looking on Wikipedia, Night Trap along with Mortal Kombat were the focus of the 1993โ€“94 United States Senate hearings on video games ๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿฆ‚๐Ÿ˜ท "Get-over-here" ๐Ÿฉธ #retro #gaming

We used to ride miles on our bikes to play hours of mortal kombat at the local bowling alley. Never knew there was a congressional hearing about it lol
