I'm guessing anything addictive goes on that list ? And if not severely damaged, the body gives second chances - lungs regenerate from 3 months to 1 year, liver can repair itself in a month, sugar detox helps with insulin resistance, and wait a minute. why is caffeine poisonous ?

3 weeks on a healthy diet can change gut biome. 💜 The body has an incredible regenerative ability. That is why when the “experts” said COViD does irreversible damage I just shrug and think “not an expert” 💜

Caffeine is an addictive substance and negative effect to our body. We have to use more to keep same effect’s level when we took it regularly. In Asia, We don’t drink more coffee as same as western people thus it do not look poisonous problem for our.
