The conditions for sticking with a sport you enjoy:
You understand how important exercise is for you.
It’s a sport you can do on your own.
Each workout gives you positive physical and mental feedback.
You like it—or you gradually come to like it because of that positive feedback.
It doesn’t require many conditions to get started.
You can do it all year round.
Well, that’s why I enjoy working out at the gym.
