Yes, it seems like it has got to be directly Lighting to Mobile money for it really to be effective here. I do not have a lot of extra time on my hands, but I would allocate a little time and possibly resources to solving this. I don't know if someone down there in vic falls could set up some simple exchange? Trust and liquidity would probably be the biggest issues. I have never done anything like this in my life, but it such a problem for adoption. I had about 10 folks getting into BTC when @strike was working, but now that is a total wash, and we probably lost a lot of those folks.
