Yeah, I don't think it is surprising that nostr is how it is. I also don't think it is surprising that it consistently gets this sort of feedback tho. You can just hope it expands and grows ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯

I think there sorta does exist a bitcointwitter culture feedback loop. Nostr has a lot of bitcointwitter expats, clients recommend bitcointwitter personalities and post style / content to retain bitcointwitter expats exploring nostr..In a way it kind of reads as 'hey this is like bitcointwitter but better, stay here'. It gives the impression of a bitcointwitter telegram group to an outsider of BT. I think it's often forgotten twitter is more than bitcointwitter, there are other people to be catered to. Just imo.
