Your life must be pretty sweet if that's one of the saddest things. Good on you! :)
Itโ€™s best if you make your own kefir with milk. Whey separates and is useful for fast fermentations of all kinds of great things. Kefir will also fix some digestive issues. Itโ€™s an amazing symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast(SCOBY). Best of luck!!

But it's too fatty:))
I despise them. So I mix them with my own homemade sour cream to make delicious extra fat greek yogurt with chopped fresh/frozen fruit mixed in. ๐Ÿ˜ I use an Instant Pot with it's yogurt function to incubate the sour cream like yogurt. I make it from pure heavy whipping cream, or mixed at a 1 to 2 ratio of HWC to half n half, within clean and sterilized (with the high pressure mode for 1 minute) pint mason jars and leak proof lids. If you use UHT cream and half n half then you literally just mix them together with a small spoonful of starter culture (I like plain Fage) and after mixing with sterile equipment incubate for 6 hours or so. The longer you incubate the more sour it gets, I prefer mine to be more mild like with Mexican Crema. Then I buy a big container of Costco plain organic nonfat Greek yogurt, and mix them with fruit and sweeteners to personal preference! Delicious, and the unopened sour cream jars last for MONTHS in the fridge without any off taste or color. My home is never without sour cream now. ๐Ÿ˜ Pics:

Great on baked potatoes and peach smoothies!
I like fat. our brains are made of fat. it's like big food industries switched to sugar and fillers to make us sick. they wouldn't do anything like that... . smh.
To me, low carbohydrate is the key. I'm into fat. I'm not sure I care whether it is Greek yoghurt or other. But lots of carbs in many yoghurts. Sugar added I guess.
