I respect this, but at the same time it is hard for me to give up stacking Sats with Gemini and Fold cards.

Absolutely, I used to be really big into Cash back credit cards. Sats back is even better!
Now I'm just at a point where I care more about the privacy and ease of physical value exchange than I do the rewards from spending using digital fiat rails.
