The filters are visible on the Security filters menu on the left. Veritas is just mad that his spam of 100s of posts got him labeled as spammer by many apps and many relays.

I think the security list is pretty transparent. I think there's value to a spam fee experience and also to free speech. The question is if repeating the identical message over and over again is speech I want in my inbox.
