Couldn’t find any online, so i made some basic #bitchat directions for grandmas and grandkids What is Bitchat? Bitchat is different from other chat apps. You can use Bitchat to talk to people who are close to you (like in the same room, park, airplane, campsite, or festival). This app does not need Wi-Fi, internet, or cellular data. It uses Bluetooth to send messages. How to get Started Download the app from the App Store (Bitchat Mesh) When you open the app, your phone will ask to use Bluetooth. You must tap 'OK' for the app to work. How to Talk to Everyone (The Public Chat) When you first open the app, you are in The Public Chat. Your username is at the top left. The public chat is called #mesh. Everyone nearby can see messages here. How to Talk to One Person (The Private Chat) To see who is nearby, tap the 'people' button at the top. Tap on a person's name from the list. This will open a new, private chat. Only you and that person can see these messages.
