Honestly, I don’t think people lost or gained much. Just certain types of behaviour got normalised so now pedofiles, murderers, xenophobic fascists and all kinds of scam don’t just sit quietly in their bedroom masturbating to portrait of Hitler. They always been around, now they run the show.
