Green dragon is the common term for a weed tincture made with 200 190 proof alcohol. Soak weed in everclear and strain. Usually done with everything as cold as possible and as quick as possible like 5 min ish. But can’t be done longer for full spectrum THC tinctures. When heated till thick, that’s what’s called rso (Rick Simpson oil).
