guys quitting caffeine is terrible. I might cave and grab some. I’m so tired.

I've quit caffeine three time. Each time sucked. Not looking forward to the 4th time.
Do it, the power of coffee compels you.
It’s because your body has forgotten how to create energy from within…!
I found a bunch of yaupon holly trees on my property recently & I’m thinking about trying them for caffeine instead of coffee

How does your grabbing coffee compensate for guys quitting it?
Sorry, just pointing out the usefulness of commas.
maybe if I wasn’t so tired I would’ve used one
The trick is to not actually quit, but make it easier to grab something else instead.
I immediately regretted my note. Hope your day improves.
Taper.
Try quitting over several months, if you didn't try that. Cut whatever you consume with something decaf slowly over that time. Fewer side effects that way.
Anything you have someone else make is probably way over caffeinated, so I'd either calculate your average dose if it's available or keep consuming whatever you do on average and cutting it down slowly. Like an ounce less week one, etc.
Making my own coffee is how I avoided becoming addicted again without giving up my favorite beverage. But this approach worked for me back when I had migraines from it.
🤣🤙🏻
Yeah I didn't taper
I drank tea for a couple weeks instead of coffee. It's a different caffeine feel but its no comparison to coffee.
Its only bad for a week or so
Quitting makes me sick for a few days. Like laying on the floor sick. I can't imagine what it would be like to quit another vice known to be worse.
It’s one of those things you should try to ween yourself off.
Get some Herba Matè tea bags.
Matè raises your alertness without being super stimulating.
