My fitness plan: 1- eat real food (99% of the time) 2- walk a minimum of 10k steps a day 3 - lift weights a minimum of 3 times per week. Ideally 6. 4- consistently get good sleep. 5- get sun and grounding whenever possible. 6- avoid drinking more than 1-2 times a month. Never to the point of a hangover the next day.
