Cut yourself some thick ribeyes too! I made my first 1-1.5 inch thick ribeye the other day and it was really good. I felt like it was easier to get a good sear without cooking it too fast 🥩
One of my favorite things is getting a whole Ribeye or NY Strip on sale, and slicing thick ass steaks 🤤
Cut some at 1-11/4 and a handful at 3/4 for the kids.
