That's a good starting point, but I would highly encourage cutting down on the beer/alcohol, at least for a month. If you know the importance of sunlight and avoiding blue light/artificial light, especially at sun down, now is the time to fully implement best practices.

You can dilute it 1:1 with distilled water and rub it on the joint and leave it there for 20-30min and then wash off once a day. Make sure to wash the area thoroughly before applying. If you want an extra antiinflammatory boost, you can mix it with ivermectin horse paste.
