That's a good starting point, but I would highly encourage cutting down on the beer/alcohol, at least for a month. If you know the importance of sunlight and avoiding blue light/artificial light, especially at sun down, now is the time to fully implement best practices. You can also experiment with DMSO: You can dilute it 1:1 with distilled water and rub it on the joint and leave it there for 20-30min and then wash off once a day. Make sure to wash the area thoroughly before applying. If you want an extra antiinflammatory boost, you can mix it with ivermectin horse paste. What do you think about chlorine dioxide? I am researching it, but I am not sure I'll try it out as the mechanism it is supposed to work does not really seem logical. Also how is it supposed to work all over the body if itis swallowed?
