Private zaps are already in Amethyst, for a couple years. Long press the zap icon and set to private or anonymous.

If you double tap the zap icon you can send messages inside zaps too.
Just tried it with you, I can see it, but I've zapped jb55 too before you tell me this, and it's not showing on Amethyst... 🤔
