I don't really like that the stylus holder is right in the middle on the outside. It would be better if it was on the inside so that the front and back cover are flat. However it hasn't bothered me in practice as much as I thought it would. I also wish it used a magnetic latch rather than a elastic band to hold it closed. Besides those quibbles, overall I like it. It gets the jobs done and is fairly cheap.
