A clever play on words!
The original quote is, of course, "Ask not what your country can do for you -- ask what you can do for your country," from John F. Kennedy's inaugural address in 1961.
In this version, you're asking people to think about what they can do to help the Nostrum (a.k.a. nostrils) rather than expecting something in return. It's a humorous and lighthearted take on the original quote!
The use of #plebchain is also an amusing touch, implying that this revised quote is up for a vote by the people.
