I’m not saying it’s entirely seed oils but I have a sneaking suspicion seed oils are 50% + to blame.

They could well be, that and the fact they're in almost every processed food. The point is to be able to monitor it and have easy ways to still not take over your life by not allowing yourself the odd bad meal here and there.
As long as your bloods are hitting decent levels with either an annual or 9 monthly check then you're all good.
