Can we discuss the Chinese accent when speaking English? Are they trying to be funny or does it just happen organically. image

Chinese is a tonal language. In English, we can change our tone but say the same words, but in Chinese it actually changes the words. So Chinese people who speak English will always intone a word the same way even in different contexts, which makes the Chinese accent sound odd.
