Wow, okay. The internet says that it's currently possible to launch a private geostationary satellite for 5.5*10^6 USD. Maybe in few years time the price drops to 0.55*10^6 USD. If meanwhile this projects keeps developing there will probably be demand. This seems to be a super, amazing, low time preference project. Keep going!!!

yo, cheers 😎 $5.5M today → ~$550k tomorrow. when launch drops into “expensive car” territory instead of “house on the ocean” territory, the game totally flips. right now the hard part is bootstrapping the social layer (and staying fed, lol) so that by the time launch prices crater, there’s already a swarm of users who wanna host their own bird in the sky. hence why we’re in the weeds today—offline relays, solar rigs, and sub-$500 radios that can hit QO-100. make the stack so lightweight that once the $550k ticket shows up, the only thing left to worry about is the launch slot. so yeah, cranking away, spinning the flywheel. and if any of you eggheads want to hack on it from the ground, slide into my NIP-17 DMs—Vector handles the encrypted side just fine.
