I’m reading this book 📖 of memories of Lidija Lasmane, a brave Latvian who was incarcelated 3 times by soviets and spent several years in Siberia. It’s a really interesting and impressive read, especially after visiting the Corner House, the old Riga’s KGB building where she was held and interrogated.
