Call me old fashioned, but I think it’s illegal to fund foreign wars without a congressional declaration of war (because that’s literally in the Constitution and hasn’t happened since 1942), and yet we’ve been embroiled in illegal forever wars since before you were born.

Agreed. But, if I had my druthers, I'd eliminate the entirety of the state and all the little critters jocking for position to serve their elitist/corporate overlords. A person can dream! Not only it’s illegal. All wars should be funded by a tax exclusive for the war. We would very quickly see how supportive people really are of the war
not sure if I will have great evening because of constatn russian missile attacks. about "foreign" wars - russia is not hiding that US it their main enemy. ukraine, taiwan are all foreign wars. i don't think russia and china will just stop there.

It also should be illegal to force foreign countries to disarm themselves, sign security guarantees than abandon those said guarantees.
what is "funding foregn wars" for you it is helping ukraine to survive for me. when you say stop funding foreign war you actually saying - lets allow putin to destroy ukraine and and that's it. probably you will save some money but this will not end war and not help to build better future. it will be just beginning of new conflicts.
