I fail to see how the primary purpose of the headline timestamp in the genesis block is to prove there wasn’t a premine. 10 minutes or so later, there was another block that doubled supply, and through encryption, we can verify the PoW that was necessary to find the hash of *both* blocks, regardless of what was in the coinbase.
