Not simple.
Spend time with friends .
Spend time with family unless they are toxic.
Keep away from psychopaths.
Spend time in nature.
Stay away from mainstream and social media (nostr is ok ๐)
Avoid strenuous exercise.
Find a purpose in life. Religious or moral.
Question everything you have been told.
