#Peru is expecting an ideological and regulatory attack on freedom in the form of an #FMI designed #CBDC being rolled out by the central bankers of the #BCRP, with the help of the telecomunications sector. Under the guise of "inclusion", #Bitel is primarily targeting peasant communities, currently free from banking cartels - to a fair degree - in order to capture the value of their work and energy.
These unbanked communities, although use the peruavian Sol in the form of cash, mostly for external commerce, also continue to live under different forms of communal land use and circular barter economies. Their #indigenous culture and incipient westernization make them more #vulnerable to being victims of this kind of attacks.
The #bitcoin community and our peruvian plebs group @orangepillperu have the opportunity and responsibility to tackle this advance of the banking cartel, by bringing some perspective and real financial education to them.
