I haven't opened the Phoenix App in a long time. I just opened it and it says the channel closing. The SATA Score is 0. Has anyone else encountered this? How do I fix it?

That is concerning... Although I'm not using it very frequently I've never been logged out for more than a few months.
What about sending & receiving a few sats from another wallet to see what happens?
I'd GUESS that there is some timeout after inactivity... Just a hunch
Unable to send or receive. Both show as failed. It seems the Lightning Channel is closed.

When it says "must be sent manually" that seems to mean that the Bitcoin is , so maybe running the seed phrase through Electrum might work?

ACINQ will close your inactive channels over time. Follow the instructions here on how to recover the on-chain balance to a new Lightning channel or another address.
