It's in the hands of the bread gods now. She smells good and has a good spring back, I think it's really the best I could hope for ๐ค๐
I ended up adding plain flour and bread flour to the sorghum flour sourdough loaf. I had a gritty, gloopy mess and couldn't deal ๐. Note to self, use less next time. On the plus side, my starter LOVED it, Wormin' was hella active. I was never going for a gluten free loaf, just trying to use up the free flour I was given. I think it's going to be a dense loaf when it's all said and done. #breadstr
