I've got Paul Lamb's Lightning Fork bridge running on Start9, with BTC Lightning outbound liquidity established. The idea: pay ordinary BTC Lightning invoices using XBT on the BLAKE2b Lightning network, with a hash/preimage-based swap rather than handing funds to a custodian. Looking for one or two people to help test small payments (1,000–5,000 sats). Bridge participant codes available by DM. Still experimental, so use only funds you're comfortable risking. Anyone running Lightning Fork on XBT want to try it?
