After taking to heaps of devs working on bitcoin, it really seems the narrative of "There is not enough funding for bitcoin FOSS work" is a bunch of bullshit. The problem is most simply don't know there funding available, where and how to apply for it.
If you want to work full time on non-profit bitcoin and related tech just apply to #[0], Spiral, Brink and many others.
Don't be shy, stop asking for permission 🤗
