There is no place to put fan big enough to cool even a moderately over locked bitaxe.

This is true.
It has 2 fans at 50% duty cycle with max overclock on the supra and standard settings on the Gramma. This is sufficient to keep it at 65 degrees C. I wouldn't recommend overclocking the gamma. I'll post more technical details soon
