Food and ADHD are more connected than people realize. I was never diagnosed with ADHD as a kid, but looking back I know I had it. Now as an adult, I see how much food makes a difference in how I feel. Seed oils and sugar? Iโ€™m anxious, scattered and drained for days. Protein and eggs? Focus, energy and calm.
