Food and ADHD are more connected than people realize.
I was never diagnosed with ADHD as a kid, but looking back I know I had it. Now as an adult, I see how much food makes a difference in how I feel.
Seed oils and sugar? Iโm anxious, scattered and drained for days. Protein and eggs? Focus, energy and calm. The same goes for my kids.
It doesnโt fix ADHD, but it changes everything about how we function.
