Welcome to the fascist states of America. Overreach is the name of the game. Agreed. The terminology is broad enough to go after pretty much anything they want. Sounds like they don’t care a whole lot what the currency is as long as they can maintain oversight. They’re after anything that obfuscates visibility on the kyc flags they put in place.

The US govt (FINCEN) is proposing to ban certain types of math and language. It wants to make combining numbers you know with certain numbers somebody else knows to create new numbers illegal. They are proposing to violate your 1st and 4th Amendment rights because they are afraid you might anonymously trade numbers over the internet instead of using their high inflation/interest/tax fiat-debt&death-slavery dollars. The world’s greatest liars, counterfeiters and money-launders don’t like competition. Especially if the competition is sound money that they cannot control and manipulate to their advantage.
